From KEMA Legacy to CerTa Veritas: nearly 40 years of expertise

CerTa Veritas originated from the acclaimed KEMA PTM Group, globally renowned for its rigorous thermodynamic testing methodologies and international performance standards competence. KEMA was the governmental testing and certification authority serving the Dutch electricity sector and expanding into a global energy consultancy firm.

Company Development

2016 | Launch of CerTa Veritas B.V.: DNV-GL decides to focus on other markets. CerTa Veritas was formed by the PTM team and becomes a standalone consultancy, retaining the analytical DNA of KEMA and gaining operational freedom. Our transition into an independent entity enhanced our agility and ability to deliver tailor solutions for clients worldwide.

2021 | Launch of CerTa Veritas Middle East LLC: Middle East Office, Global Reach, Local Presence Regional support in the GCC region with globally recognized standards and expertise.
CerTa Veritas proudly operates a subsidiary in Abu Dhabi (UAE). Our regional presence allows us to serve power and process industries across the region, and beyond with agility and depth, with our services, performance testing and power plant consultancy.

Present | Expansion of Services: At CerTa Veritas, we continue to monitor our markets closely and where possible develop new products or services. In response to growing demand, we expanded our service portfolio recently to include steam trap testing and energy audits, natural extensions of our thermodynamic expertise, and performance diagnostics and strategic advisory for combined-cycle systems and renewables. These energy-saving services are designed to help process industries identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and accelerate achievement of sustainability goals.
